Companions listed or introduced through CN Hospital Nav are independent individuals. They are not our employees or agents. We do not control, supervise, or guarantee their services, qualifications, conduct, or availability. Any arrangement, communication, service, and payment between a patient and a companion is made directly between those two parties, at their own discretion and risk. We are not a party to that relationship and do not handle the delivery of, or payment for, companion or medical services.

4. Currently free

At present, using CN Hospital Nav is free for both patients and companions. We may introduce fees or paid features in the future. If we do, we will make this clear before any charge applies. Being listed or registered now does not create any obligation to pay.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CN Hospital Nav and its operator are not liable for:

• the outcome, quality, or safety of any medical treatment you receive;
• the actions, omissions, conduct, or services of any hospital, doctor, or companion;
• the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on this site or from third parties;
• any loss, injury, cost, or dispute arising from decisions you make based on this site, or from your dealings with hospitals or companions.
